Since we produce custom made products, please contact us at support@primecustomizeboxes.com within 3 business days after receiving your order if it does not meet your requirements. We cannot offer refunds or credits, but we will reprint your order if we made an error or if the product is deemed defective. Our management will determine if a product is defective. To receive a reprint, you must provide digital photos showing the defect and return the entire original order at your own expense within 5 business days of receiving it. Please note that expedited order processing fees are non-refundable. The disputed products should not be used.
All prices provided by our customer service team are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments for orders must also be made in U.S. Dollars. Because our products and services are custom-made, we will not begin processing your order until full payment—including all charges, taxes, shipping, and handling fees—is received via credit card or an approved payment method on our website.
As part of the order process, you must approve a proof of the electronic file for your printing products or other services. Once you approve the proof, the job will be sent to press.
After your print job is approved and sent to press through our website, no changes can be made to the artwork, job specifications, or printing turnaround time. You have a 4-hour window from the time of proof approval to cancel your order, with a cancellation fee of $60.
You may also cancel the order within 12 hours of proof approval, but this will incur a fee of 15% of the total order amount to cover pre-press work and cancellation costs.
We cannot guarantee cancellation of orders beyond the 4-hour window. If you cancel after 12 hours, a fee of 25% of the total order amount will apply to cover printing expenses.
Primecustomizeboxes.com is not liable or offer refunds or credits for design services and orders. All design orders are final and non-refundable once placed.
Our designers and technicians will create electronic proofs based on the artwork or files you submit through our website. To ensure the best quality, your submitted files must be minimum 300 DPI (dots per inch) and in CMYK format. We are not responsible for issues such as blurriness, distortion, pixilation, or color changes that may occur if your files do not meet these requirements.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your ready to print artwork or files, including orientation and alignment or artwork. While we take precautions to protect your submitted files, we are not liable for any damage or loss.
By uploading artwork or files to our website, you confirm that you own the rights to all materials or have obtained the necessary permissions to use them.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that we deem to be illegal or infringes the rights of third parties. You are fully legally responsible for the content of all material processed and printed on your behalf. We also reserve the right to refuse an order without stating a reason. In addition, we do not accept offensive, rude or inappropriate material for printing.
We require you to approve a proof of the electronic file for any printing products or services you order. Your job will not be sent to press until you have approved the proof. It is your responsibility to log in to your account and review the proof. We are not responsible for any delays caused by delays from you to approve the proof. Please note that the turnaround times listed on our website begin only after you approve the proof.
Review your proof thoroughly before approval. Compare it to the original file for errors in layout, copy, spacing, punctuation, image placement, proportions, bleed, cropping, and final text. A soft proof may not have transparency issues, overprints, or color changes from RGB to Pantone or CMYK. Additionally, UV coating or lamination can change the appearance of printed colors. Our company cannot be held responsible if color is affected after the lamination process.
You will be fully responsible for the content of the final approved proof.
While we strive to reproduce the colors in your print-ready files as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact match in color and density due to the inherent limitations of the printing process and ink requirements. By placing an order with us, you agreed to this limitation. We will do our best to adjust gradient density but cannot be held responsible for color differences between your submitted file and the final printed product. Reprints will not be provided for color discrepancies that occur during printing. If you require precise color matching, you may request a hard copy proof for an additional fee, which will ensure color accuracy.

We at primecustomizeboxes.com does not use gang printing for most of our products. However, depending on the specific needs of our users and customers, we may select the most appropriate printing method for each individual item.
We generally deliver the actual quantity of ordered products, plus a little additional amount at no extra cost. If there is an under-run, we will only charge for the actual quantity delivered. Our standard practice is to deliver within 5% more or less than the ordered quantity.
Production speed and turnaround time begin only after your artwork/ design files have been uploaded, reviewed, and accepted by our Design/Prepress department, and you have approved the press-ready proof (either electronic or hard copy), and the full payment including the shipping and handling charges has been paid. During the order process on our website, you can select the production speed, which intimate the number of business days needed to print your order and prepare it for shipment. To ensure timely processing, your proof approval must be received before 10 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
We strive to print and ship your orders promptly. However, primecustomizeboxes.com is not responsible for any indirect damages caused by delays in shipment or delivery. You coincide not to hold us responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, shipping company delays, customs issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If delays occur due to technical problems or equipment failure during printing, expedited charges will be refunded. Please note that any order cannot be canceled due to delays in the printing or delivery process.
You are responsible for paying all customs duties and fees for shipments to their respective locations. For shipments outside the United States, it is your responsibility to arrange for customs clearance.
We offer free 5-business-day ground shipping to one location per order within the USA, with no quantity or weight limits. Shipping to additional destinations will incur extra charges. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee shipping and delivery transit times and are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or theft during shipping. Claims for lost or damaged shipments can be filed directly to the shipping companies.
If you provide an incorrect shipping address or make an error in the delivery details, additional shipping and handling charges will apply for re-shipment.
